Be sure to mention the different levels of leadership and whether any trickle-down effects were discovered. Do the results indicate any potential implications for leaders who work in large organizations and/or utilize different leadership styles?
Think of a leader you admire who can serve as an example of an authentic leader. You can choose someone from your professional or personal life, or any business, political, or social context. Describe the leader’s background, values, leadership style, and explain how they embody the principles of authentic leadership discussed in the article. In what ways does this leader promote helping behavior among their followers, and how do they foster a sense of self-concordance among their employees or constituents?
