Part 1: Summary of Project Topic and relation to Medical Sociology (15 Points)
In the paper’s first section, you will draw on your independent research and course material to write a formal research paper on your chosen topic. Rather than discussing each source independently, you should bring them together into one coherent argument. In this section, you should draw on course material and your independent research to describe your chosen topic and why it is of interest to medical sociologists. Your argument should be supported by the four peer-reviewed journal articles you reviewed for your annotated bibliography, and four of the course readings. This section should be 1000-1500 words in length.
Part II: Summary of Project Medium and Audience (5 Points)
In the second section of this paper, you will describe the audience of your final project. For instance, is your project designed for the public or those in the medical field? Would it be better suited for younger or older audiences? What would you like readers/listeners/viewers to get out of your project? After describing the audience, I would like you to describe the medium you will be using and why it is the best way to communicate your message to your intended audience. This section should be 250-500 words in length.
