1. What was your best experience in a team? (My best experience has been working with a small education team to provide training to small groups of teachers.) Describe this team and the experience. (We are still working on providing teachers support and create one on one training as a reminder in working from the beginning of teaching skills. As a team, our goal is to remind teachers why do we teach and the importance of teaching our children.) What do you think made this so memorable: Was it your teammates? The collective interaction? The outcome of the team goal? (I think all 3 makes this experience memorable.)
