Choose an original
research article from a peer-reviewed journal related to one or more of
the Nutrition Assessment Domains (no review articles). The article should be
recent, from the past 5 years (2019 or later). You upload a PDF copy of the article to Blackboard by April 9th. This class will accept no duplicate articles from previous years or duplicates. Read the article and write a brief paper.
You will then present your paper to the class on the assigned day. Papers
should be written in paragraph form. Do not use bullet points. Please include
the following details in both the paper and presentation:

· Compare and contrast the technique with at least two other well-known/accepted assessment techniques within that Nutrition Assessment Domain – i.e., if the technique falls under Food and Nutrition Assessment History, food and nutrient intake – compare the new technique with 24-hour recall and 3-day food dairy. (20)

Paper should be typed using Arial font size 10, double spaced,
with normal margins, 800-1200 words, about 3-4 pages. Appropriate spelling,
grammar, and sentence structure are expected (5).

Include a bibliography with the full citation of the article using the AMA Manual of Style, 10th ed. Format and cite any additional books
or articles that you use for comparing and contrasting techniques (5).

Presentation Details:
Create a 3-5 slide PowerPoint presentation to summarize your paper. Present your slides in a clear and audible voice. Each presentation should be 5-7 minutes long, and keeping it within this time frame will be part of the grade. The rubric and grading criteria are on the next page.
