Overview:
You are tasked with completing a Strategic Growth initiative for the position
of Chief Growth Officer at Son of a Saint (SOAS). SOAS is a prominent nonprofit
in New Orleans that mentors and supports fatherless boys. This business
analysis should serve as a template for a specific candidate and his
competencies tailored to the specific role. It includes various sections, of
which you are asked to review and analyze.
The supporting documents include both the cover letter and resume of the
candidate. The supporting documents include the job description, additional job
descriptions, and other common job functions of a growth officer at nonprofits.
The actual 2023 and 2022 annual reports are provided. The actual
financial statements for 2023 and 2022 are provided.
Refer to these documents and be sure to include figures, references, and
plausible estimates of forecasting. You will need to include some graphics such
as pie charts, bar graphs, and other visual aids with your report. Please reach
