Overview
This activity allows you to reinforce the multiple purposes that job descriptions serve in organizations. In this assignment, you will use the job description you wrote for the Week 5 assignment, along with updates and suggestions made by your instructor, to write two separate job postings that will attract qualified candidates to apply for an open position in your organization. You will write a job posting to be used to attract qualified internal candidates from your organization and a separate job posting designed to attract qualified applicants from outside the organization.

The Creating a Job Posting Template, linked below, will guide you through the key elements of your job postings. Download the template and change the file name to include your first initial and last name (for example, cf_BUS335_w06a1_template.docx_SPeters).
Using the content of the job description you submitted for your Week 5 assignment, including any corrections and improvements suggested by your instructor, create two one-page job postings. The first job posting will be used to recruit internally within the organization; the second job posting will be used for external recruiting. You will also include a discussion regarding the process you will follow to manage the two job postings. Write in complete sentences and use a professional tone. Be sure to cite your sources. Note: You may create company details as necessary to complete the job postings. Your company should be fictitious for this assignment.
