Overview
A human resource policy is a set of procedures and guidelines that an organization establishes to manage its employees. Human resource policies cover a wide range of topics including recruitment, selection, compensation, performance management, training and development, health and safety, and more.
The benefits of having a human resource policy in place include ensuring consistency and fairness in expectations and treatment regarding employees, increased morale, and reduced risk of conflict.
Consider these questions as you may apply them to your selected topic for this assignment. If you have chosen an organization to focus on as part of your topic, be sure to research its human resource policies. Contact your instructor if you have questions.

In Week 7, you were asked to choose a topic related to human resource policy, select a format, and conduct your research for this assignment. If you haven’t completed those tasks, do so now.

Instructions
In an Academic Paper or a Speech, propose what the organization should address in its human resource policy. Be sure to address the following:
Apply human resource strategies to create your policy.
Analyze the organizational benefit of your policy.
Analyze the strategic considerations considered when creating your policy.
Give credit to sources of information.
Address assignment purpose in a well-organized text, incorporating appropriate evidence and tone in grammatically sound sentences.
