Draw on your experience working on a project (project could be related to work experience or home projects such as a bathroom or kitchen remodel project. Home project preferred.) and consider the work and deliverables on that project to develop agile scrum artifacts. From a project deliverable perspective, develop a simple high-level sprint backlog by listing at least four products that could be done on the project from a deliverable perspective. In other words, what does the customer want? For example, if the project is to build kitchen cabinets for a home remodel, the list of deliverables may include things like the following: easy close drawers, standard height cabinets, glass front doors to upper cabinets, etc. Include the following in your assignment:

Sprint backlog with at least 4 products
Describe four sprints for each of your chosen products. A sprint is created from a sprint backlog with the assumption that each sprint result will be a usable increment to a product.
Create daily scrums for one week duration for your project. Daily scrums are limited to 15 minutes and occur at the same time every day.
Create a sprint retrospect to identify and commit to areas of improvements and produce value for the produce and customer for each of your product. Sprint retrospect is an important part of the scrum framework of continuous improvements at both the team level and the product level. The scrum master will help the team to identify and commit to areas of improvements and produce value for the product and the customer.
