Need to use traditional planning templates like EOP’s, ESF’s, and develop content areas: All pages MUST BE TYPED, how the plan can aid in the physical operations of the agency’s plans; the intellectual foundations, where addressed; where the agency’s crisis plans and procedures have been undermined, and what to do about this; how moral standards might be eroded through this agency’s responses to predetermined plans; and, lastly, taking care of the spiritual needs of people affected by planning as such, not in terms of religion but rather with emphasis on how people’s worlds are shaken by events not under their control.
Write it about this; Front Range called Bancroft County. This county is located in the State of Divide.
All of this needs to be included:
1. A cover page identifying the organization your plan is based on with a logo of your choice
2. A table of contents for the document
3. A mission statement and introduction section
4. An authority letter or promulgation document giving rise to acceptance of this plan from a fictitious governing body
5. A planning assumption and consideration page(s)
6. A risk analysis statement to include the purpose, scope, and a brief situational overview summarizing hazards faced by this jurisdiction that you make up
7. Any charts and/or diagrams that enhance your document that you feel are needed
8. How the plan is implemented and maintained and any planning assumptions
9. How your emergency operation center is set up and what ESFs you plan on assigning to your community’s EOC, with descriptors–in brief, what these functions are and what agencies you have selected to fulfill these obligations
10. How your EOC can be activated and a brief description on how its operation is to be handled
11. How an incident is typed
12. References to annexes and supporting documents
13. How this plan is activated, who activates it
14. Where and how a delegation of authority exists
15. How this plan is paid for
16. Recovery statement
17. General roles and responsibilities for each agency listed ESF functions
18. A glossary of terms page
19. All additional items you deem necessary to explain this document as it relates to outside- and inside-the-box thinking that were not covered in the CPG 101 guide
