Instructions
Read through your interview transcript, and highlight words or concepts, or sentences that are related to your topic on aging/ageism.
Organize the phrases that you highlighted into themes or find a way to make sense of the interview data.
Write
In the introduction, introduce your interviewee and provide the background information you gathered in Part 2 of the Interview Project. Also, introduce your topic related to aging and ageism and explain why you are interested in this topic. Lastly, the last sentence of the introduction should be the thesis statement that highlights two themes you learned from the interview.
Write one paragraph for each of the two themes/concepts from your interview that you want to highlight, each theme needs to be supported by data from the interview.
Write one to two paragraphs reflecting on what you have learned from this interview project, and any feelings or experiences that you may want to share in completing this project. Here are some questions to get started on the reflection, but you can choose whether to use these guiding questions or write your own reflection.
