Overview
As the project manager, your final project communications assignment is to deliver a project communications plan and implementation strategy for the KU Pizza Project Communications Case Study. After completing the plan, you will prepare presentation slides to articulate key engagement elements, including all your communication decision points and implementation strategies.

You will develop focused areas of the project communications plan weekly; please refer to each week’s specific instructions under the weekly milestone. You will have the opportunity to have weekly feedback to build your project communications engagement plan, which will be capped by preparing presentation slides to be shared with your leadership team or as a portfolio after completing the course.
Guidelines for Weekly Assignment Submission
Each 6 to 8-page weekly report should have a professional outlook with the following structure:
Title page (Title, Your Name, Name of the course, Name of the professor)
Table of contents
Executive summary (Single page summarizing the content of your report, providing a quick read for an executive).
Introduction (Brief introduction to the concepts and techniques used in the report, including relevant good/best practices from academic/professional journals).
Body of the report (Divided into sections covering elements of the project assignment)
Conclusion (Summarizing the key points in the report as well as highlighting lessons learned about the project assignment)
Appendices (as many as required pages, and you could include project templates and figures)
References (APA styled, multiple sources)
