After all small group discussions have taken place:
1. Each small group will upload their recording
2. Each small group will be assigned another small group’s roundtable discussion to view.
3. After viewing the assigned discussion, having already completed your own small group discussion, each individual will debrief and write up a short reflection on the process. The submission will include reflections on your own small group and on the small group you were assigned to view.

Address all of the following points in your 2 page APA-formatted reflection:
Were you comfortable with the decision made by your small group? Why or why not? Was it the decision at which you would have arrived acting on your own? 
How did your ethical decision making framework help you in the process?
What strategies did you/could you use to manage personal values when they conflict with the values of your profession or with the decision made by the panel?  
In practice, how could /can you use supervision to enhance your ethical decision making skills?
What similarities and differences did you notice between your own small group’s discussion and the small group discussion you were assigned to view?
What strategies did you see members of the small group you were assigned to view using to solve the ethical dilemma? Were they effective? Why/why not?
