Paper format: I am looking for analytical answers that apply the material in a novel and thoughtful way. I am not looking for merely an opinion piece; in this paper, you will be applying course material and conducting external research to support your recommendations. The ability to read practitioner journals and apply the latest research findings to your organization can provide a competitive advantage. As IT is constantly changing, continuously updating your knowledge base is essential in today’s competitive business environment. As you conduct your research, the following journals and newspapers are recommended (although you can also use other reputable journals): Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, MIT Sloan Management Review, New York Times, MIT Technology Review, strategy+business, and MIS Quarterly Executive. The textbook and other materials should be your primary reference material. For each response, I will be evaluating how well your answers incorporate course material (in addition to other scholarly sources you may wish to cite). You should identify the question you are responding to, and then answer it. And then identify the next question and then your response, etc
1) List the main software product that your organization currently uses.
2) Research and describe an OSS alternative for the software your organization
utilizes.
3) List the pros and cons of implementing the OSS option in your organization.
4) List some of the risks associated with using OSS.
5) Give examples of types of firms in your industry that might decide not to adopt
OSS software, and explain why.
6) Would cloud computing work well in your organization? Explain why or why not.

7) What did Google do differently than their competitors in order to succeed in a
competitive market?
8) Conduct research on Google glass. Describe one example of how the product
is currently being used (in any industry), and describe one way in which you think
it could be creatively implemented in your industry.
9) Watch the news video Google Duplex and then answer the following questions:
A. Would Google Duplex be considered Artificial Intelligence (AI)? Explain why
or why not. Use your textbook and high-quality external sources.
B. Describe way in which your organization could use the Google Duplex
technology.
C. Describe some potential issues with your customers and employees adopting
this technology? What would you do to overcome these issues? Cite your
