LO1: Analyse the role of a registered nurse within professional and legal requirements across a range of settings:

You failed to apply some local and national frameworks, legislation, and regulations confidently and flexibly in learning disabilities nursing. You have failed to show understanding of the concepts being assessed here.
Presentation and organisation:
The reflective essay was done using a recognised reflective model though it was not clearly appraised as expected. It was not used appropriately in. The essay has poor organisation, and it has been difficult to follow most of the discussion. Paragraph structure was poor and needs to be improved to enhance the presentation.
Writing style: Writing style, grammar and spelling:
Limited application of critical analysis some places in the discussion.
Literature: Selection and application of literature and information sources:
There is limited range of literature used to inform and support the essay, wider reading would have improved this. Some sources are not reliable.
Analysis: Analyse the role of the registered nursing within professional and legal requirements across a range of settings:
The role of the registered nurse was analysed though it would have enhanced the discussion if you had considered this in the context of learning disabilities nursing.
Referencing: Use of the specified referencing system applied both in the text of the work and Reference List:
Poor referencing skills demonstrated and several of them needed to be revised to make them accurate. Some sources were inappropriately presented. Reference list needs to be revised to make it accurate.
Conclusion:
Poorly formulated conclusion was presented, and it did not work.
Feedforward:
1. To read widely to inform and support the discussion.
2. To apply more critical analysis to the discussion.
3. To pay attention paragraph structure.
4. To follow the assessment guidelines to ensure you address all the learning outcomes.
5. To outline what you intend to do in the body of the essay and consider a detailed action plan with SMART goals as an appendix.
