According to Bell and Leopold (2017), Asian Americans are “overlooked in organizational diversity efforts and research and are viewed as not needing assistance and inclusion in efforts to ensure fairness” (p. 203). In addition, Asian Americans have experienced increased discrimination, prejudice, stereotypes, racial microaggressions, and verbal and violent physical attacks known as crimes in the United States over the past several years.

Responses should include a discussion on the following:
The documentary “Stolen Ground” and “The Color of Fear.”
Reference to the article “Asian American Inclusion in the Workplace.”
Learning material from Chapter 6 and include the page numbers

Elaborate in detail and provide examples.
