ethical issues in the healthcare field. This interview also offers you a
chance to increase your understanding of ways managers utilize ethical
principles and strategic efforts to prevent and address them. Healthcare
management professionals are often willing to support a learner’s
progress through their educational journey by sharing expertise and
experience and by discussing the real-life application of course
concepts and material.

Course Description:
Ethical management practices, from both an administrative and
patient care perspective, are vital for ensuring integrity and trust
during this era of tumultuous change in the U.S. healthcare system.
Leaders require a working knowledge of how theory and standards,
personal values, external market forces, local community, and internal
organization factors and challenges guide and influence ethical
management decisions, processes, and practices.
This course addresses all of the above and provides relevant
information and resources to help you demonstrate a strong ethical
foundation for your management career. The assessments are relevant to
