healthcare and explore how members of the nursing profession can help address
that issue or solve that problem.
This is what I worked on so far. Can you please incorporate this into the essay?
1.
My aspiration to advance in nursing
and earn a master’s degree is deeply personal. It is a testament to my
unwavering commitment, the unwavering support of my family, and the flexibility
of my work schedule that allows me to pursue this goal.
I want to continue to make a
difference, be an example for my kids, and show them that it’s possible to
reach your American dream: success in everything you want to do.
Nursing care and simulation technology
are growing hand in hand. The MSN program in Nursing and Health Care Simulation
at UCF will prepare me and help advance my nursing profession to the next
level. Advancements in my profession will also provide better patient care and
advanced training to other nurses.

To ensure success in my graduate nursing profession, I am
fortunate to have a supportive family and a husband who believes UCF provides
outstanding education since he is a Knight’ graduate. I also have the luxury of
a flexible work schedule and am eager and dedicated to advancing my education
to obtain my MSN.
3.
The nursing shortage is among the most significant problems
in the U.S. healthcare system. The current nurse workforce should focus on growth
and career advancement, which can help educate and train new nurses.
