D. Explain what the book means by saying that forgiveness can be learned and that reconciliation is a behavior process. Describe the steps of forgiveness and reconciliation.
E. Explain what tangible conflict issues are and why negotiation is needed to resolve them. What is the difference between competitive and cooperative negotiation? Explain when a competitive style is recommended and then when a cooperative style is recommended. Provide ways to generate more options.

G. Define sources of conflict in the workplace. Then, describe diversity-based, work-life, and workplace bullying. Finally, provide a strategy for managing each of the three types of workplace conflict.
H. Define an intractable issue. Explain why social conflicts are often intractable. How does worldview differences play a role in social conflicts? How can the concept of embrace help manage social conflict?
