Independent Capstone Project (ICP): The ICP is a comprehensive project that enables students to demonstrate
that they can think critically, undertake research, apply theory to a practical situation, and present their
findings and recommendations in writing. Students are expected to select a topic of relevance to healthcare
administration and of importance to their individual professional development. The topic, however, may not
be a component of the student’s current paid responsibilities.
After identifying a topic and securing a workplace facilitator, students will demonstrate how their ICP: Is original work supported through research and critical thinking.
ICP Poster & Presentation: The MHA program is one of the few graduate programs at Framingham State to
participate in the CELTSS’ Student Conference for Research and Creative Practice. This is a celebration of
student scholarly work and faculty support. Students will make poster presentations for the event at the end
of the semester. More information, along with examples, is provided in Canvas.
Please i got some feedback on this paper from my professor. We need to remove any name for umass memorial and replaced it with “a large Medical center in the Northeast”. Also remove the section that say thank you for nanci moffit and jessica gatulis. Add to that they find the tonality very subjective and the data in it was not vused properly for turn around time. The tonality is like i am attacking the hospital so we need to rewrite this organized ti better make more obejctive and use the data from the table for here and the poster later. The project is attached and a lot of document i used when i prepreapared for it.
