Finding a problem and solving it; or, finding a solution … and then the problem
Now that we have an opportunity to work in our groups in a single problem, let’s talk about this process a bit.
The O’Reilly and Bins article argues that three stages describe the disruptive innovation process: ideation, incubation and scaling. Thinking about either your group project, or perhaps another project that you considered, in what ways can good ideas be incubated into operable businesses or organizations? How could you also scale the business into something with national or even global impact?
