In Unit 7, you discovered how newly introduced technologies could create a brighter future for our planet. In 1955, Walt Disney have a dream of building a model experimental city of the future on 27,400 acres of land in Central Florida. That amount of land is twice the size of Manhattan.
The park known as Walt Disney World was never intended to be just another amusement park. Instead, its original purpose was to show the world what new technologies could do to improve the lives of this prototype city’s inhabitants. As new technologies were developed, they would be incorporated into the existing city to serve as an experiment and a showcase of possibilities.
In this assignment, you are offered this same opportunity, though on a lesser scale. To complete this assignment, you are asked to create a PowerPoint presentation of what your community of tomorrow would look like. This is your opportunity to incorporate what you have learned in this course and dream big. Costs are not a consideration. Include the following information and as many images as you want in your presentation.
