Teachers, through their leaders, must constantly devise methods of ensuring higher standards and better management of the entire school, from the students to the subordinates. For many years, stakeholders have been working independently in the sector.
However, contemporary advancements have seen principals devise new and better methods of running the school better. With the general acceptance of the effectiveness of teams as opposed to individuals, more organizations are focusing on enabling employees to work as teams to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Additionally, there must be an appreciation for the diversity within the team (Curseu, 2015). Eacott (2011) adds that in the ever-changing dynamics of the workplace, versatility is key.
