I’m working on a sociology question and need an explanation to help me learn.The reading is broken down to short fiction Weld Grimke, Dunbar-Nelson, Hughes, and Nugent and essays from Black Queer Studies on Black queer identity, citizenship, and the role of Black queer studies.
All the texts can be searches and found online identify 1-2 themes in 1-2 fictional texts AND theoretical framework in at least one of the essays that relates to the text you identify. What questions do the essays pose in response to the perspectives in the literature? How might these questions be answered?
