I’m working on a business report and need support to help me study.The Extended Challenge Activity Report is an account of preparation for, engagement in, and reflection on your Extended Challenge. At the end of the training period, you will write a 2000-word report in which you write your reflection after engaging in all aspects of the Extended Challenge. The report contains at least three sections.
First, your report must show evidence of your continuous engagement in all aspects of the Extended Challenge. Second, your self-reflection section must contain three key learning points of growth from the Extended Challenge. You need to base your reflection on the surveys results and/or other reflection tools provided during class. You also need to engage with theories in the literature to critically evaluate how the Extended Challenge is related to your development in wisdom and leadership. The criteria of the assessment are as follow:Evidence of Participation (20%) The comprehensiveness of the evidence (the training activities, training buddy interactions, group interactions, and wise rewards / penalties).
Quality of evidence that shows continuous participation in the Extended Challenge.
Clarity and relevance of the evidence (understandable, readable, relevant).
Learning and Growth (50%) Clear identification of three key points of learning
Effective use of survey results and other reflection tools as the basis of self-reflection
Use theories covered in the course to do a critical evaluation of how the self-growth and learning points can help you develop in wisdom and leadership
Effective use of relevant literature to support the reflection
Design and Planning (20%)
Quality of the document and academic writing. The assignment is also going to be assessed based on the quality of writing and referencing (10%).

Proper and consistent use of APA Referencing Style in-text citation and reference list.
