Anxiety and stress can be easily confused. Can someone with an anxiety disorder be stressed, or can someone experience stress without having an anxiety disorder? The answer to both of these questions is yes, they can.
Respond
Write a short case study describing a situation that may cause stress.
Compare how someone with an anxiety disorder might approach the situation as opposed to someone without an anxiety disorder.
Make sure to illustrate the difference between anxiety and stress. You can use any of the disorders in this week’s readings for your case study. Please note that your case study must be original— it cannot come from the readings or other sources.
