In this module we investigate effective communication strategies for leaders. This term we are experiencing a global pandemic during this course. Let’s address how leaders are communicating on a large stage during this global crisis. Communicating bad news is currently an unfortunate reality for many leaders. Courageous leaders separate themselves from the pack by communicating with transparency.
Identify a leader who has provided honest, accurate descriiptions of reality for their organization or their nation. Did the leader come off as human? How did the leader share bad news? How did the leader offer optimism at the same time?
