Instructions:
1. Please identify a company of interest. The company can be one that does business solely online, in-person, or a combination. Ideally, it should be a well-known company, but if you feel strongly about a smaller/local company, please feel free to use that as the basis for your work, as long as you are able to obtain information about the company as needed for the assignment.
I would suggest that you choose a company that fits one of the following items:
a) company that you are familiar with as a customer or employee
b) company well-known for excellent customer service (ie: Chick-Fil-A, Publix, Zappos, etc.).
A company with less than excellent customer service could also make for an interesting analysis as well. The most important item is likely to choose a company that you will be interested to research and can obtain the needed information.
2. Research the following items, with at least 1 slide prepared for each topic (additional slides as needed):
Company vision/mission
Who are the customers? What would be their likely motivation to purchase from this company?
Customer service/customer relations policies
How does the company balance enforce their policies, while working to ensure customer satisfaction?
Other items of interest (your choice)
3. Using presentation software (PowerPoint or similar), please compile the results of your research and submit to the assignment dropbox.
4. Complete your assigned Peer Review for the company chosen by another classmate (these will be automatically assigned immediately following the due date).
