I would like to become an expert on government regulations for environmental pollution. I want to learn about the government policies and regulations when it comes to water and how farmers can become more sustainable. I need to make an economic analysis of different business costs for water conservation products and how it affects crop outputs labor costs etc. I have some references attached that I need you to use, and a couple extra won’t hurt to use.

Here is your task…
1) Look through the table of contents and uncover a subject you have an interest in. The topic must be covered in the text!
a) Perhaps you are curious how firms purchase their inputs of production in such a way to maximize profits!
b) Perhaps you are unsure why a portion of the world is still hungry and what does economics have to say about it.
c) Perhaps you want to understand the way the government manipulates the economy in the best interest of her citizens.
d) Do capitalistic economies grow food and feed their populations better than socialistic economies?
e) As you consider your topic, look at the information from an agricultural perspective.
i) For example, if you were researching ‘oligopolies,’ consider the carrot industry instead of the cell phone industry!
2) Learn all you can about that subject (You are becoming the expert). You will need more than just the information from out text. Multiple sources of knowledge are required (textbook and no less than 3 others).
a) 4 sources demonstrate the MINIMUM standard of research. Do not expect a maximum grade when you are providing the minimum standards. 4 sources will give you a “C” on that portion of the rubric.

Write a paper between 1500 and 2000 words (that is only 4 to 6 pages and not a lot of space to demonstrate expertise).
