That’s why the demolition of the building I’m dealing with is a complex of buildings, which My proposal is to reuse the frame and concrete slab that is the foundation The new use of the plot serves a fruit and vegetable production facility for food security in the island complex with plans to expand it to cover the food need of the whole of Scotland, as 46% of food is imported into the country and the percentage rises when we talk about the specific location. Required: 1. preparation of building design projects to scale. – Plans placed in the existing environment. – the new facade of the design placed in the existing environment. – Section of the staff accommodation building capturing textures and shadows. 2. design that integrates the aesthetics of the building and its relationship with the environment in which it is located and the technical requirements of its construction as well as the environmental strategies that apply to the design and construction of the project. – Visual renderings of the interior production spaces (2) of the designed building either using photoshop or screenshots from the 3D model of the building (which I would like to have access to), as well as (1) the exterior central plaza. – Aximetric diagrams that explain ventilation and rain collection and water management to supply it to the hydroponic culture that develops inside a building. – Construction details illustrating the reuse and integration of the existing frame which, compared to the new materials, illustrates the wear and tear over time.
