I need an argumentative essay about “should juveniles be tried as adults?” I have already chosen a stance and wrote a thesis and three topic sentences. The topic sentences may be somewhat changed if necessary.
Thesis: Therefore, The Justice system is designed to seek reform and children should not be tried as adults.
Topic Sentence 1: Sentencing Juveniles to adult facilities impairs the possibility of rehabilitation.
Topic Sentence 2: The Juvenile Justice System is not fully adept at determining which Juveniles should be tried as adults.
Topic Sentence 3: Juveniles are not fully competent to be tried as an adult.
