I have already started this project. I expect you to use my sources and start a rough draft. I will provide PDFs or Word documents and website links of sources. This is done in the Chicago style.
Instructions from my professor: I need a polished draft, which means you haven’t finished the project, but you have made your argument and format as perfect as possible, is to ensure that you will do well in your final project. To that end, this must be turned in to receive credit for your final project. This is a great time to reference the samples under Module 1, keeping in mind your project will not take that exact form.
First and, above all, you must show that you have conceptualized a sophisticated and original museum program for a specific institution and a specific audience. This IS a work in progress but this is what you should aim to include, in some form:
Detailed overview of the project you propose
Discussion of how your program fulfills or relates to the institution’s mission
Discussion of how the program fills a need or addresses a challenge in the institution
Discussion of who the program is aimed at and how they will benefit
Explanation of the results or intended outcomes of your program
A brief discussion of a timeline for your program
A brief discussion of the budget for your program, including why it’s wise to invest here
Conclusion
Secondly, the draft must fulfill the following basic requirements:
It must be at least 6 pages, double-spaced, with a 12-point font.
It must use at least 6 sources.
It must have footnotes
It must have a bibliography
You must use correct form for footnotes and for the bibliography. See Chicago Manual Style
Students who do not turn in a rough draft will not be allowed to turn in a final paper for credit.
