I HAVE ADDED THE FEEDBACK FROM ANOTHER STUDENT SO THE PAPER NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED

April 28, 2024

I HAVE ADDED THE FEEDBACK FROM ANOTHER STUDENT SO THE PAPER NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED  TO THE FEEDBACK AND GUIDELINES.  IT ALSO NEEDS TO BE A LITTLE LONGER TO MEET THE              GUIDELINES OF WHAT IS EXPECTED.
The purpose of this assignment is for you to showcase what you have learned this semester.  It builds from your earlier assignments such as the logic model, the critical analysis of evaluation literature, and so forth, and is designed to be realistic–something that could actually be implemented or used at some future time–whether in part or totally.
Program Evaluation Design Instructions
Background:   We’ve learned about the necessity for program evaluation, research ethics, needs assessment, formative and process evaluation, and then there was Milestone 1 when we needed to prepare our logic model –forcing us to think with some specificity about our figurative destination before traveling on.  We learned about single-system research designs and client satisfaction, sampling, group research designs, cost-effectiveness studies, and measurement instruments.
Then we hit Milestone 2 when we drew upon the wisdom of our classmates who might have practical knowledge about the intervention or assessment instrument that we wish to know more about.
Milestone 3 was the critical analysis paper; Milestone 4 was when we gathered supportive evidence for our intervention or assessment instrument.  We were working toward this final assignment with Milestone 5 when you had the opportunity to ask classmates to review a draft of your program evaluation design.  Our educational journey in this course is down to the final assignment and marks our achievement in this course when we complete this last milestone.
Your program evaluation design will be a Word document that fully addresses all of the major headings below, after you have made revisions to the peer-reviewed feedback you received.
