I am concerned that students might be misinformed after completing the role-playing activity for Chapter 10 and the book does not do an excellent job of covering this topic area. Accordingly, I have attached several articles related to how human resource managers should handle alcohol use at work. As well as a preventative policy that can be used. Please note, it is imperative to speak with your legal team before changing any official organizational policies and practices. These practices and policies are NOT appropriate for all organizations so a legal team should be consulted to ensure a safe work environment is maintained while also not wrongfully terminating an employee for alcohol use or addiction. Look on the example paper and rubric for point allocation.

You must write these two/three sentences about information in the article you found. One of the sentences must be a quote and one of the sentences should be in your own words but give credit to the author. As such, you must have at least two APA in-text citations in this answer.
