I am a manager at boombozz pizza. We are having several problems with staffing, turnover rate, management, clear training instructions, structure, and making things run more efficiently. My management style or image of managing is Director. Director meaning that management is viewed as controlling and Change results are viewed as being attainable as planned.
The Advocating for Change Plan and Video Presentation assignment serves as a final project in the course and should include your comprehensive knowledge from the course. You are encouraged to “begin with the end in mind” and brainstorm a topic early in the semester. Then, think about how each chapter applies to the plan for change. You must complete this project to earn a grade in the course.
You will use your knowledge from this course to develop a plan to propose a change that will solve a problem either at Western Kentucky University or at your workplace. A template worksheet is available to below to guide their thoughts. You should incorporate the material learned from the entire course to build an executable plan, and you are encouraged to interview individuals that would be directly affected by the change to get their thoughts. Your research should also include sources that show how your change will bring forth a positive impact.
Part I of the Advocating for Change Plan should be submitted as an APA formatted paper that is 5-7 pages in length, not including the title and references pages. You are required to cite your textbook and a minimum of four other sources in your paper.
After building the plan, you will submit your video presentation through a designated discussion board. The presentation must include a video in which the student presents the plan to classmates. Presentations must include slides that are visually pleasing, and the audio needs to be clear. You will also provide feedback to other classmates on their plans to help make them better. The presentation should be no longer than 5 minutes.

management technique or perspective that will apply. (Chapters 2, 9, 10)
Note: Be sure to support your ideas with your textbook and other resources.
Analysis of Proposed Change
Readiness for Change: Complete Exercise 4.2 in your textbook for your proposed change.
Explain how those results may impact the proposed change. (Chapter 4)
Purpose and Vision: Justify how the proposed change integrates into the mission and vision of
the University or your place of employment. (Chapter 6)
Communication Strategy (Chapter 7)
Stakeholders: Describe the best communication strategy for each of the stakeholders.
Challenges (Chapter 8)
