Management challenges: Ensure top-level management support and commitment for the changeover, and set clear expectations and targets for the implementation. Organizational challenges: Address employee resistance to change and provide appropriate training and support for the new system. Organization challenges: Establish guidelines and best practices for the new tool. Technology challenges: Ensuring compatibility and integration with existing IT infrastructure, as well as addressing any potential data security and privacy concerns. Additionally, Arup needed to evaluate the scalability and reliability of the cloud-based solution to ensure it would meet the company’s growing project management needs.
