Humans evolved on planet Earth over 6 billion years ago, and through the millions of years between then and now humans have learned to adapt to the continuous changes planet Earth makes. In the late 1900’s climate change would severely increase and become a danger internationally. The danger of climate change has been around for decades, leaving people divided on whether climate change is important or not. Although some people believe it has nothing to do with our everyday lives, others believe it does affect everyone’s lives globally. With this being said, the Arctic a specific location on our globe is causing severe issues for not just there but the whole planet. The ice we are losing is causing severe issues like permafrost thawing, coastal erosion, the warmth of global warming, and even the wildlife that survives off the ice and Arctic.
