The term paper be from ten to fifteen pages and conform to A.P.A requirements and as described in the syllabus.  You are to provide at least five peer reviewed references on five principal concepts in the human dimension of project management.  You are to use your case history responses, materials distributed during the semester, and your own independent resource. 
The objectives of the paper are as follow:
Demonstrate a knowledge of the cases that you will cite in your paper.
Summarize the key points of the cases you choose for your paper.
Answer the following questions:
How do the cases you select help you understand the issues and dynamics of the human side of project management?
What are the five or more most important lessons you learned from the course materials and cases? Be specific and reference the cases that helped you understand the important lessons.
If you were to start a project office for a new endeavor for your company, what decisions and actions would you take to ensure the success of the project and the efficiency and satisfaction of the personnel that will be selected or hired?
Identify common mistakes that impact the human elements of a large project.
What is the importance of teams in projects?
What is the importance of leadership in projects?
What are the lessons learned from the course relative to human dynamics?
What are your conclusions about the importance of having an understanding of human resources management in the project environment?
Final instructions:  The assignment will be due the last week of class with a deadline of February 20th.  You will also prepare a PowerPoint presentation consisting of no less than ten slides for presentation with your class on Zoom. The date and coordination of the presentation will be provided by your instructor.  You must submit the assignment as a MS Word document. 
The paper and presentation will represent 20% of the final grade.  The paper should be ten to fifteen pages, double spaced, and conform to the requirements as described in the syllabus.
An outline of the paper will be due on March 16th, 2024.  The final paper will be due on April 13th, 2024.  Please plan accordingly and let the instructor know if you have any questions.
