Step 2: Click on the appropriate Wards and search for burglaries (If the Ward is not in the “Top 25 Wards Property Crimes” List, you may need to use the “Ward Filter” in the upper right-hand corner to locate the correct Ward, and scroll to find the number of burglaries).
Step 3: Check each of the four Wards and record the number of burglaries.
Step 4: Calculate the midpoint and use that number as the target.
