Summary of Educational Experience. Students will summarize their internship course experience in a 4-page paper. This paper should include specific examples of events experienced through the assignments, and what the student learned through those experiences. The content of the summary of the educational experience should, like the journals and class presentations, include the following: focus on how what you have learned across your criminal justice classroom experiences will assist in the work you do or in the career you aspire to have. Specifically cite concepts, theories, or processes/phenomenon that are observed. Finally, discuss personal learning (how does your experience inform your career interests? How does experience inform you about the criminal justice system? How does experience inform you about your faith?) and the impact of your experience (how did your presence/contribution impact the agency/constituents, those you interacted with, etc.? How did your faith impact the experience? How did your experience impact you? Your faith?).
