You will be required to write one APA formatted research paper this semester. The topic will be what you presented in your Week 4 outline. Please review the attached Good Example. While it may not be copied, I urge you to use it as a guideline. The specifications are as follows:
4-6 pages (double-spaced) with a title page, reference page, and diagrams (if appropriate).
Choose any sport communication promotional video from a sport organization. Analyze the emerging technology and publicity of the video by answering the following questions (please use the questions below as subtitles):
What strengths does the video present for sport communication?
What weaknesses does the video present for sport communication?
Who is the intended target market for the video? Does it meet the needs of this market?
Are the images appealing? Why or why not?
Is the message or music emotional or moving?
What is the video communicating?
How high is the quality of this video?
Use a minimum of five (5) references; at least two (2) must come from scholarly resources about sport communications.
At the top of page one (the page that follows your title page), state the name of the video, and paste in the link for the video that you analyzed.
End the paper with a conclusion.
In addition to the required number of pages for the assignment, you must also include a title page and References page. References should also be cited in-text wherever they are used.
Typewritten in double-spaced format with a readable style and submitted inside the electronic classroom.
Times New Roman 12-point font.
One inch page margins top, bottom, left and right.
Your paper must be in your own words, representing original work. Paraphrasing of others’ work must include citations and references to the authors. Limit quotations to an average of no more than 3-5 lines, and use quotations sparingly.
