Describe a time when you had difficulty in your coursework, what did you learn and how did you overcome this challenge? 1500 Characters only
One time I had difficulty in my coursework was when I was taking Calculus part two class. I was having a hard time solving integrals but when I read the book description on integrals several times I learned how Integrals are derived and how I should solve them. I overcame this challenge by reading the book several times and learning the concept behind them. I learned that I should never give up but I should learn from every failure to build the next step stronger. (please elaborate more with better wording)

The learning format that is best fit for me is a small group. This is the best fit for me because I enjoy learning in a group. In group learning I am able to explain the concepts and material to other members and they are able to explain to me as well which makes learning engaging. Also in a group there are multiple individuals and each has different questions and this causes me to get challenged with diverse questions and by trying to answer them together I learn better. In a group everyone has different questions and so we can help teach each other. I like teaching. (please elaborate more with better wording)
The learning format that does not work well for me is lecture. I usually need to go through notes and lecture after class to learn. I need to study individually or in a group to learn but in class with the lecture usually I can not learn. (please elaborate more with better wording)
Describe a meaningful experience you had while serving the underserved and how this experience has motivated you to pursue a career as a PA? 1500 Characters only
A meaningful experience I had while serving the underserved was where I was volunteering in a local hospital and I assisted an immigrant patient with eating. She was alone and I spent some time talking to her. The smile and satisfaction that I saw on her face was so impactful for me. I learned that mental awareness and whole patient care is so important. This experience has motivated me to pursue a career as a PA so that I can help underserved communities and I can approach patient care by taking into account all the aspects of mental and physical health. I like to cook and try new recipes. For example cooking pasta with alfredo sauce. I also like to go hiking to explore new hiking places. Hiking trails with waterfalls are my favorite. Please explain with better wording.

I experienced an example of an innovation in my workplace as a Medical Assistant. Because of the high volume of patients coming to the clinic every day the waiting times were increasing significantly. I prepared a plan to reduce the waiting time. The preparation is in a way that I make a copy of the schedule each day for the next day and I prepare and write down each patient’s lab result, needed lab orders, and … This way I am getting prepared for the Doctor so we can decrease waiting time. This would apply to my future career as a PA in a way that I usually detect and study the problem and then I search and find multiple solutions. I tried each solution and learned from the ones that I failed and chose the most practical one. Please elaborate more with better wording and relate the last part to the Physician Assistant profession.

My father. He is very hardworking and rarely gets tired. He lost his business two times but everytime he was able to stand up and start from zero. I learn from him to always learn from mistakes and never stop trying. He is working two shifts. He taught me the lesson of endurance and how to grow again with nothing.
