hello there!
We find ourselves in the midst of an unfinished project, hindered by time constraints and communication gaps within our team.
We’re reaching out for assistance in completing it before the impending deadline.
Please take a moment to review what we’ve already started and identify where you can contribute. Specifically, we suggest focusing on the section titled “Final Project and Presentation.”
Below that, you’ll find detailed instructions, and we’ve also attached the draft for your reference.
Thank you in advance for your support. If any instructions are unclear, please don’t hesitate to ask!
STEP 2 Selecting a Client
Teams must select a client to consult with.  Potential clients may be small businesses or non-profit organizations.
Team client needs to be approved.  A private discussion board can be created for each team to use, if desired.
Submit the assignment with the client information including the company name, nature of business and business contact in D2L.
STEP 3 Project Timeline
Each team is to establish a preliminary timeline for completion of tasks for your project.
Submit the assignment D2L.
STEP 4 Progress Discussion Posts
Two written progress reports from each team are due in D2L. This report should show proof of progress.  Reports should include (at minimum) the following sections:
Team information (names, each member’s responsibilities)
Team objective
Summary of progress to date (accomplishments, research/information gathered)
Major issues or concerns
Goals (tasks to be accomplished)
Supplemental materials (drafts of materials, e.g. survey instrument, financial statements, marketing plan, etc.)
Final Project and Presentation
The purpose of this project is to help the client’s implementation success probability. This is done through assessment and recommendations that have technical merit. The final project format will vary based on the client’s needs and team strategy.  The final report should, at minimum, include a well-designed cover page, a table of contents, and an executive summary, followed by the full report that is approximately 10-12  pages long including the following.
(1) Client Name; Summary of their business/industry; Client mission, vision, strategic goals
(2) Description of the client’s HR performance issue
(3) Itemization of the needs assessment, and outline how you collected data on the problem
(4) Recommendation of solutions based on the findings of needs assessment
(5) Tools to help your client implement the solution(s)
Bonus (5) points can be gained by the team by providing
Two items of Practical HR Business Relevance: inclusion of at least a brief section discussing the practical business relevance of the project.  This should be achieved by utilizing business news articles (i.e. SHRM or Wall Street Journal)
