Hello! I need someone to write my capstone senior thesis that REQUIRES FINDING DATA, and creating a series of case studies to prove or disprove my thesis. The theory will need to be created by you, the writer. My thesis will examine how mixed-use multifamily developments impact future developments of similar properties in the area. So, you will have to have the capability to look at maps and data bases that will allow you to track the number of multifamily apartments in the area (I.e. looking at something like zillow to look at all the properties built after the inital property was built and perhaps comparing that to pre-case study property). I would like to use case studies in different locations across the sunbelt region of the U.S. My idea behind this is that I would like to see how development snowballs. Will also need to be able to use Census data.
In the attached documents, you will find the thesis directions, the minimal work I have done so far (lol), and related materials I have written that may be useful.
Before writing this paper I anticipate a decent amount of questions just to make sure we are thinking about this in a similar way! P.S. I am willing to pay a lot, lot, lot more than whatever the site is asking. The better the quality, the more I will pay.
