Grief and Loss
REFERENCE TO CH. 10 IN ATTACHMENT BOOKLET
As the saying goes, “the only thing certain is death and taxes.” But, to be conscious of our own mortality and that of those we love (let alone every other living person and thing on the planet) can be an unsettling certainty. This discussion will explore issues related to coping with our own mortality, the mortality of others, and how we move forward when we’ve faced loss.
