A great Austrian violinist, Fritz Kreisler,
1915 published an
account entitled “Four Weeks in the Trenches” that captures
the atmosphere early in World War I. Read his account and
take care to note
specific points that provide insight into
Austrian national thought and
patriotic sentiment at this
time.

Compose an essay of approximately 500-600 words in which
you address the following:

account reveal about the patriotic fervor that helped push
the world into war?
