Put your name, instructor’s name, course name, and due date in the upper left hand corner of the first page.
Drawing upon the methods of analysis, response and rhetoric presented in class, analyze and/or respond to ONE artefact/item of your choice that is related to Disney. Potential artefacts for you to explore include, but are not limited to: movies, songs, tv shows, characters, rides and merchandise. You can use multiple methods or just one. You can focus on the artefact as a whole or select one particular aspect/angle to explore—for example, gender, race, or class.
There are three components to this assignment.
Submit the first version of your paper to the this drop box before class on the due date. You must also submit this version to turnitin.com.
Once you receive my feedback on the first version of your paper, revise it based on my comments and submit it to the Analysis/Response Final drop box. This is due on 23:59 one week after you have received my comments. You do not need to submit this to turnitin.com.
You will need to sign up for which date you want to present on—there are only 8 spots per article. The sign-up can be found in the calendar for the course. Click on the date that you want to present and sign up using your full name.
