The objective of the assignment is to demonstrate how the company you select uses technology to change the customer experience and how customers interact with the technology provided. Your emphasis should be on engagement with the technology and customer. If you choose a company with both a brick and mortar and online component, you should explain how this complements the technology component (such as stores that allow you to scan SKUs in the store to see if it’s available elsewhere, self check-out, ordering through an online app, etc). You will submit an outline in week 9 and final draft in week 13.
