Description of the project
Reasons for addressing this topic (how does it contribute to the practice)
Practical Applications of the project (how does it impact the workplace, community, and sample)
List project goals that will be obtained from the outcomes of the project.
Bibliography of all resources minimum of 6 resources in addition to the database you will be using.
Explanation of tools and the data that will be extrapolated to support your project. An example would be Trending Diabetes Type II – database Raw data extrapolated to excel sheet from CAHPS identify key criteria lab AIC, Triglycerides, LDH, #visits, etc.
