Formulation of your PICOT Question – how did you come up with your question? Was there a clinical experience that led you in a certain direction? Describe the process of formulating your PICOT question.
Collecting the evidence – include keywords you chose and why; how easy or difficult was it to perform the search? did you need to change your keywords or re-think your questions? Why or why not? How were you able to refine your results – how did you choose the 3 sources you were going to review?
Appraise the evidence – summary of each article and how it supported or did not support your question. Your assessment of the evidence, based on your review of the literature. What was the answer to your PICOT question?
Conclusion – Determine one of the following, citing the evidence/providing a rationale:
