Strong is currently playing for the Louisville Bulls football team. Attorney Highly already represents other professional athletes, including other football players and, more specifically, two players for the Bulls including another quarterback for the Bulls, Brian Giant.      In order to determine whether Billl Highly OR the Dewee Winn and Howe law firm      can represent Joe Strong      , Marilyn, your supervising attorney, asks you, the paralegal, to help      determine whether or not a conflict of interest exists.
